Skin lesions notably result from a wide range of causes, as harmless as a small scrape to as serious as skin cancer which should be attended to immediately

There are many causes to skin lesions, for example, injury or a cut may develop complications. A number of infectious diseases cause rashes, and allergic reactions may be accompanied by itchy hives or rashes.
